We'll gladly exchange the same unopened apparel item for a different size, given that it has its original packaging, tags intact, and is undamaged. This is subject to product availability, and exchanges are only valid while supplies last.

You need a Left Coast battery to connect your pod in order for the pod to work. You can buy a Left Coast pod battery if you click here

It's rare but pod clogging might happen. To prevent this, ensure regular battery charging to maintain optimal heat levels. We suggest a 30-45 minute low-voltage charge. Here are additional troubleshooting and care tips:

• To clear clogs, attempt dry hits by pulling on the pod without the battery.
• Avoid charging the battery with the pod inserted.
• Ensure the battery is fully charged before usage.
• Refrain from using the product while the battery is charging.
• Keep pods and batteries away from extreme temperatures and humidity.

When the LED light isn't lighting up, it is time to charge your battery.

Yes, however those are only available at certain dispensaries. Please check with your local shop to see if they have them available.

The safest way to ensure that the Left Coast product you purchased is a state-regulated, lab-tested cannabis product is to make sure the retailer is a state-licensed dispensary or delivery service.

We encourage you to scan the QR Code on your pod packaging that will take you to it's lab results so you know it's a legit pod as well. Please note that Left Coast cannabis products are currently available only in California.
